How to delete your account

1. Sign in to CalPilot at mycalpilot.com.
2. Go to Settings (click your name or the gear icon).
3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
4. Click “Delete all my data”.
5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and click Confirm delete.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your CalPilot account — your profile, email, and login credentials.
• All Flight Plans — your sync configurations, including source URLs, destination calendars, and preferences.
• All sync history — logs of past sync runs.
• All synced events — events that CalPilot created in your Google Calendar will be removed.
• Google Calendar access — CalPilot's OAuth token is revoked, so we can no longer access your calendar.
• Payment information — if you had a paid subscription, it will be cancelled.

What is retained

For legal compliance purposes, we retain a minimal deletion log containing only your email address and the timestamp of deletion. This record contains no calendar data, sync history, or other personal information. It exists solely to document that a deletion request was fulfilled.

Can't log in?

If you can't access your account to perform the deletion yourself, you can request account deletion by emailing support@mycalpilot.com from the email address associated with your CalPilot account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 5 business days.

After deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will be signed out and redirected to the home page. If you sign in again with the same Google account, a brand-new CalPilot account will be created with no data from your previous account.
